Application Support

Application Submission
We not only submit your application, we also confirm the lender has received it, just to be sure.
Application Management
To keep your mortgage application on track we follow up every application 48 hours later which means any issues which may need addressed can be dealt with as they arise.
Surveyor Management
Where required, we will instruct valuations on your behalf and check valuations to ensure all details are correct and fit with the important lending criteria. We ensure Home Reports are valid and up to date and also make sure lenders receive transcripts of surveys and home reports as efficiently as possible. We will also manage any interactions between your surveyor and lender.
Solicitor Management
We communicate directly with your solicitor to keep them on track and manage all interactions between your solicitor and mortgage lender.
The Final Completion Service
We work to minimise all stress involved in the last 24 hours, managing the final part of your mortgage journey.
